Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Sign in with Google or your email and you get 5 new videos and 10 Ask AI questions every month, with every feature, free forever.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Your videos stay in your library with every feature, forever, including chat and new translations. New videos and Ask AI questions come back on the 1st of each month, or upgrade to Pro for no limits.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, anytime from "Manage billing" in the app. The change is prorated automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from "Manage billing" and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn't for you, write to hello@alwaysbeta.co within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
